COMO Shambhala Therapist (Body/Face)
Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing excellent treatments to our customers and increase customer base.
Job Responsibilities
Treatments
- Provide excellent facial and/or body treatments to our guests, in accordance with COMO Shambhala treatment protocols and standards.
- Maintain consistent treatment environment and attentive-ness to customer.
- Maintain strong customer relationship by managing their enquiries with speed, clear explanation and professionalism.
- Keep self-updated with wellness and product knowledge.
- When not in treatment sessions, cover reception duties including cashiering, maintain customers’ information, walk-in/phone enquires, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Conduct daily inventory stock takes of equipment, professional and retail products.
- Attend training sessions and adopt a continuous learning attitude.
Sales
- Diligent cross-selling of skincare products and wellness offerings, relevant to customer’s need.
- Strive to maintain and increase customer base through exceeding guest expectation and effective advisory and/or treatment provided.
- Strive to increase product sales through insightful recommendation to customers.
You are expected to apply your best efforts in discharging your responsibilities with care, honesty, skill and diligence.

Job Requirements
- Certification in ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO and Bachelor in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from spas and/or related industry
- Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition and personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and service attitude
