Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. As a front line of support for clients and customers, he/she helps to ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails to our restaurants
  • Achieve sales targets set and maximise sales by converting calls into bookings
  • Assist superior with reports preparation as and when required
  • Ensure customer database is updated on a timely basis
  • Take ownership and handle complaints by providing the appropriate solutions
  • Build rapport and manage the communication between clients and restaurants

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent. Experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in call centre/customer service field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. Additional advantage for literacy in other languages
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Tech savvy and proficient in using tools, exposure in customer database management software would be an added advantage
  • Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
