Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users and retails outlets (Point of Sales and Inventory System), e.g. installations, configurations and troubleshoot IT related hardware and software applications issues
  • Administer, monitor and maintain Windows Server, local area network (LAN), virtual private network (VPN), firewall and anti-virus
  • Database management for various system, e.g. data backups, data recovery and data migration
  • Work closely with operations team on stock take preparation and assist to generate relevant reports
  • Track inventory and source for IT hardware, software, consumables and telecommunication devices
  • Initiate and follow up on IT licenses, internet and telephone services applications
  • Liaise with regional MIS team and vendors for system and MIS related matters and issues

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years working experience, preferable with working experience in retail/banking industry; fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Experience in managing network, firewall, anti-virus and Windows Server
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel's formula and reporting
  • Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary
  • Knowledge of point of sales support will be an added advantage
