Receptionist
Job Summary
The Senior Executive will provide secretarial support to the Executive Director. Will provide administrative support to all legal contracts, agreements and new shop openings.
Job Responsibilities
• To provide secretarial support to the Executive Director
• Responsible for the general insurance of the company – including the taking up of new policies and renewing / updating of existing policies
• To assist in the management of office supplies, pantry needs, warehouse stocks & printing of office forms
• To co-ordinate office travel arrangements
• To provide admin support in all legal contracts, lease agreements, new shop openings & bazaars
• Assist to oversee the Receptionist, Dispatch and Cleaner
• Other ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min 2 years relevant experience in retail industry will be an advantage
• Experience in secretarial role is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills and able to work independently
• Mature, pleasant and responsible
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
