Senior Sales Assistant
Job Summary
Provide excellent customer experience through excellent service; understanding customers' needs, providing genuine recommendations, building rapport with customers and maintaining high service standards at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Deliver excellent customer service by following the Club 21 service guideline.
• Demonstrate excellent product which include advice on merchandise range and details, merchandising matching and coordination and product pricing.
• Provide accurate measurement and proper tailoring and alterations service for all customers.
• Provide follow-up service on new product arrivals, special promotions and seasonal sales.
• Assist in guiding new staff in the customer service process.
• Assist in maintaining the customer records in the boutique.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Cleaning and tidying of selling floor, shelves, storeroom, fitting rooms and pantry / staff room.
• Ensure well maintained visual display of merchandise on the shop floor.
• Provide feedback on visual display as well as conditions of fixtures and shelves.
Inventory Control and Security
• Monitor stock movement in the shop to ensure availability and adequacy of stocks on the shop floor.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged.
• Highlight and action on any untagged merchandise.
• Assist in the annual and monthly stock take.
Store Operations
• Assist in ensuring that the store is closing with all necessary security checks in place.
• Assist in daily operation activities as assigned by the Superior
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales.
• Minimum O Level qualifiations with credits in English and Mathematics.
• A team player who is approachable, calm, service oriented mindset and sales driven.
• Good communication skills in English. Mandarin and other languages in speaking is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in fashion or beauty, luxury products or similar retail industry would be an added advantage.
