Job Summary

Assists the Warehouse Manager in the daily warehouse operations. Supervises the receiving, checking, storage and issuing operations. Oversee the daily housekeeping of the Warehouse premises

Job Responsibilities

• Assists the Warehouse Manager in the daily warehouse operations.
• Helps plan manpower to tasks at hand and delegate shipments to specific staff for checking.
• Leads team for the checking of major shipments (e.g. DKNY, CK, AX or EA shipments)
• Liases with outlets for the deliveries of stocks.
• Liases with Merchandisers and provides information on stock status in warehouse.
• Assists Logistic Manager on preparing shipments for export.
• Oversee the daily housekeeping of the Warehouse premises.
• To undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the management of the company.

Job Requirements

• At least 1- 2 years’ experience in warehouse stock control
• Literate in computer : Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point
• Positive thinking, fast learning, detail-oriented, flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Fair command of English communication
