Job Responsibilities
Provide good customer service and ensure customers always have a positive experience
Handle order fulfilment processes and gain product knowledge to promote sales and communicate with customers
Operating the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and packing for customer purchases
Monitor/maintain the inventory of the Retail section by ensuring stocks are never depleted, orders are on time, deliveries are thoroughly checked and report stock damages and discrepancies to Manager in charge immediately and perform stock take
Stacking, displaying and replenishment of products on the shelves, as well as monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products
Received goods, price tagging, maintain neat and systematic storing of products
Perform general housekeeping to ensure the store’s cleanliness & tidiness and comply with workplace safety requirements
Comply with all corporate policies and statutory act compliance
Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to carry out any other duties when required by superior
Job Requirements
At least a GCE” O” level certificate or Nitec in Retail Services
Min. 1 year working experience in Retail sector
Team player with a desire to learn
Good Communication with a positive mindset
Ability to read and understand product labels stated in English
4-day work week, work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
