Sales Executive

Looking for

We're looking for a result-driven individual for sales role on a distributor level to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Your role is to provide a complete and appropriate solutions to customers and boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Service customer accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on new potential prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Submit orders and coordinate sales operations process with Culina Customer Service Team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses for both existing and potential customers.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers with good product knowledge.
  • Proactively reach out to new customer leads through cold calling and networking in the market.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and timeline.
  • Conduct / coordinate sales effort with team members for ad-hoc events
  • Identify and establish new channels for the beverage department.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as sales personnel with good sales record
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – especially Word and Excel
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
