Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests, take orders and communicate orders to the kitchen
Prepare/serve food, drinks, condiments and attending to guest requests in an efficient & timely manner
Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy bistro environment including cashiering duties, prepare tables, opening and closing duties and etc.
Comply with all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines in service and handling of equipment such as coffee machine etc.
Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility cleanliness
Manage daily reservation system together with call centre team. Keeping track of all guest needs and requirements
Efficiently maximize seating of Dining Room and fully handles service for a section of the restaurant
Ensure all menu (food, beverage, wine list) are in good and presentable condition
Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
Perform other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager
Job Requirements
Singaporean with at least GCE 'O' level certificate or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality Services preferred
Food and wine knowledge will be an advantage
5-day work week and can work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Customer service oriented with a positive mindset
Nice presentation and English communication skills are a must
Good team player with a desire to learn
